Why has my rating dropped from 212 to 208 when I have NO policy violations ?

It’s based on the amount of sales you made as well, so maybe your sales over the last x days dropped

yes, but I am pretty much powerless over sales, it is the time of the year, Amazon are penalising us for a drop in their commission !

My rating is 200, and I know it will NEVER go above that as I am a very low volume seller.
I have decided I am not even going to look at it or let it bother me.
I do think they have not made the right decision on how they calculate this - we are not all high volume sellers.

When am I even going to get a rating?
Seller_DTufFoxJuMU0M
I think as long as it stays at 200 or above you are fine, anything over that is just based on your sales volume
Its stupid to grade us out of 1,000 when it would literally take 40,000 orders in the last 3 months to get there (4 points per 200 orders over a 180 day period)

Are you all UK sellers? This new Health rating has not rolled out to me yet. When did you get it?
Seller_DTufFoxJuMU0M
Screen looks identical, just now we have a number on the account health column

Do you get extra points for all orders fulfilled or just FBM, I never saw an answer to this?

Hi Sams_Books147
At least you can take comfort in a minimum of 200 however low your sales fall…
Unless you get ANY violations!

Mine is 560 but goes around 4 points lower every day - no idea what this means, but I’m sure it makes sense to a machine somewhere within
