Late Dispatch Threat
Amazon are now saying our account is at risk of deactivation becasue we didn’t update the dispatch and consignment numbers yersterday. Even though we dispatched them yesterday and were on time and even though I back dated the dispatch info to yesterday also, they are still threateing us. I find this hard to swallow as we have done nothe else wrong at all 0% across the board. These are difficult times for all and we are running on 25% staff

Unfortunately, difficult times or not, you have to dispatch in the correct time frame. There really is no room for error.
However, unless this is an ongoing type issue, it should only temporarily effect your short term stats and should disappear in time.
You can try to be proactive about it, with an email to seller performance if you wish. But it’s thin line when contacting them, it can cause a problem as well.

Thank you for your help. I will continue without contacting them. As I say, the goods were dispatched in time it was the actual pressing of the button that was late. Like you say rules are rules!
