Account Name/ Store Name
So I Want to change the name to my amazon store, However I’m getting the error code 5461, there’s someone else who has the same name. Does anyone know if you’re allowed to have the same name, I assuming so especially which on Amazon they have the brand Dove selling soaps and another brand Dove selling chocolates, So how can I change my name although someone else has the same name (selling completely different products)

Error code 5461 has to do with Brand approval so not sure why it’s coming up when you change your store name.

There is no policy that I could find that says 2 stores cannot have the same name, I would think that they can, this is all I could find.

Dove is a large global company. I would think that you need their written permission to use their name for your store.
