Need help closing my account ASAP

I created my account last month and didn’t realise the large fee when creating it. I tried to close my account but it says I have £30.00 to pay on 9th May, is there anyway I could pay this off now and then immediately close my account? I haven’t sold anything.

You will firstly need to downgrade your Seller Account into Individual:

and then open a case with the Seller Support, requesting to have any prior subscription fees refunded.

To close your Seller Account, go into “Contact Us” - “Your Account” - “Change selling plan or close account” and click on “Request account closure”.
