Listing new products

Hello

I hope someone can help me. I recently acquired some personalised Christmas books - all of which have individual ISBN’s. The products have never been in Amazon’s System as they are a new range by the supplier. I add the product with all the information and finish the product listing, the next page says I have been successful in adding the product and will take upto 15 minutes to appear. The item never appears in my inventory & says no results found. What am I doing wrong?

I’ve had the same issue this week, has been one of the most frustrating times. Spent so much time with seller support it’s been unreal. They’re now asking me to upload inventory files for my stuff which I’ve never done before and just keep getting hit with error after error. If anyone comes up with a solution for this (or even instructions how to properly upload an inventory file for books) please share it sooooon.
