Delivery delays = late arrivals & A-Z
Hello
I’ve noticed that a handful of my items haven’t been delivered within the estimated delivery date some are still at the depot but they haven’t been scanned since. So my main question if the delivery is late and I refund a customer, file a claim with the respective courier and then the parcel gets delivered can the customer be charged again for the items if the parcel get delivered (even if it’s late)
