Personalized images aren't coming through

I offer personalization on my item and it includes a picture option. However, of all the orders I have had only ONE time has the image EVER come through! I have to reach out to every customer to ask for it again and if they don't reply, I lose the sale! Can someone please help me?

@Seller_YFzn4ZrEViGkUDo you have the personalization option marked required? If it is not marked required, the customer can purchase without adding it.
