Today I would like to share with you the problem I am having with the Amazon
The customer is unable to attach pictures we need to resolve his problem, so he contacts Amazon, then Amazon writes to us the customer’s request that we should provide an e-mail address.

If I will do it most certainly it will be masked, in worse case scenario we can be even blocked for that.

This happens when you provide systems that prevent your workers from thinking

I’ve had this problem one or two times and asked them to send the photos to my mobile number also telling them it’s also a certain app number if they use that app (can’t put the name in it won’t let me) :slight_smile:
