Subscription fee

I opened Amazon seller account last November by mistake I started as company not individual,Amazon charged £30 fee, which I requested to refund after downgraded account to individual but still didn’t get refund.
Unfortunately I didn’t check my bank statement for last 7 months few days ago when I checked I found that Amazon is deducting £30 from my account every month and I started chasing Amazon seller support team with bank statement as prof but nobody responding properly,also requested for phone call but no response.
Please guide me how can I get my £240 back from Amazon.

Did you downgrade the account yourself or just ask Amazon to do it- it’s obviously still on Professional. Go into your Account settings - left hand side- Manage account - downgrade from professional to individual.
So long as you have had no sales whatsoever then raise a case asking politely for a refund but your account needs to have been verified for a refund to be possible.
