I don’t think i can even guess what your question is. I assume it’s about selling in every country but after that i’m lost.

Forget about the 15,000 as it doesn’t really impact an account.

There may be some translation issues here. The 15,000 isn’t money you owe or are owed - it is just the point at which Amazon are required to do extra verification.

As for the 39-59 euro, hard to tell but it may be that you have a global account so have extra fees?
