Premium Delivery Elgibilty
Here is a good one I have had my Premium Delivery Eligibility removed for a shipment that was shipped 15 minutes after order was received and delivered on time. I have been sent an email asking for a plan of action to address the root causes of this on time shipment and delivery.
My plan of action - to continue to ship and deliver on time - rejected.

That's odd if it was delivered on time - as Premium Delivery eligibility is only affected byt the following
- On Time Delivery Rate drops below 97%
- Pre-fulfillment cancellation rate goes above 0.5%
- VTR for Premium Delivery orders goes below 100%
What service did you use to deliver the order? Sounds like you know what you are doing with Premium Shipping - but can't think of many reasons why its been removed!

Order was placed as Second Day - shipped on Next day Service with tracking added as we do with all premium orders.
I have checked the tracking and clearly shows on carriers website as delivered on time.
Marked against my VTR
Amazon becomes more of a joke daily

i had an issue where we were buying through royal mail click and drop just as you describe but when RM were sending the electronic confirmations through to amazon it would randomly mark some as 1st class or untracked so we just buy direct from amazon now, just wondered if you were using a thrid party for postage purchase, pain in the rear i agree

Premium shipping doesnt show against your VTR, which metric has it missed, the on time delivery or valid tracking usage rate?

Using my Royal Mail Business account linked to Amazon

This is still a sort of VTR isn't it - valid tracking usage rate
I have been selling on Amazon for many years and all shipments have been marked as valid but not just this one.
All shipped in exactly the same way they have been for many years without any problems

So RM updates amazon with the tracking number? has it just sent it over in a weird format? when you look at the premium shipping report does the tracking look right?
Seller_RlZVPg3d6ZUGP
I ask because your POA would then be related to the tracking not dispatching on time as presumably that is still 100%, its the other metric thats dropped
Seller_Y9fFZ8oEs17ES
Yes, it looks the same as all the others I sent on the same day and have been accepted

What POA??
I have done everything correct
So a POA would be to continue as previously ship on time, then deliver on time.
This as previously stated at original post is being rejected

OK - so what was the shipping carrier and class that was uploaded to amazon for the order? Exactly as it appears?
As Psychobaby says above - they for some reason had some passed across as 1st Class which wouldn't be allowed for Premium Shipping.
For Premium Shipping you cannot use 24/48 or 1st or 2nd Class. If using Royal Mail - has to be Tracked 24/48 or Special Delivery.
Again, only clutching at straws here more than anything else! If it is a bug and a tracking number hasn't pulled through - trying to identify what would be the issue!
