My account has been deactivated and I dont know why

My account was deactivated 3 weeks ago and I receievd an email to ask me for utlity bill. I sent it and I received below email. Then I talked to account health team and they told me that I need to also provide BR, governemnt ID and bank statement which I did but still getting same reply from below. Then I called account health again and they told me that there was a discrepancy between the adress on documents that I provided and primany contact address. I updated my primary contact address to be exact as the documents shown and gone throught postcard verification process sucessfully. And again, submitted all documents and still getting below reply. So it looked like there are other issues causing this, but they wouldn't tell me. I really would like some guidances or directions on what I can do here from anyone, thanks

From what you have shared, I see that your account was deactivated for seller identity verification requests and you have questions about your next steps.

The utility bill that you provide for review must meet our document requirements and the information on the bill must match the information listed in Seller Central. Here are the requirements below:

A utility bill must contain below details:

-Must have holders name and address

-Must have service provider's name, address, and logo (if logo is applicable)

-Must have issue date or due date and usage details (if applicable)

-Must be issued within the past 90 days

In order to ensure your documents are not rejected, make sure that they meet the following requirements:

-Be valid (not expired, revoked, inactive or closed).

-In order to ensure your documents are not rejected, make sure that they meet the following requirements

-Be high resolution and unobstructed (clear, readable, visible and in focus).

-Be complete and not cut off from any sides (not angled or cropped).

-Be a scanned image or photo of the original document taken from your mobile device's camera.

-Display the full document (front and back, if applicable).

-Be less than 50MB in size.

-Be in one of these formats: TIF, TIFF, PNG, JPG, PDF, and JPEG. Do not include special characters in the file name (examples: $, &, or #).

-Be authentic and unaltered.

-Must not be password-protected.

-Be in one of these supported languages: Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese. If your documents are not in a supported language, you must submit a notarized translation in a supported language along with the original document.

I suggest to double check the requirements to see if what you are submitting matches up. You have the opportunity to submit new information for review. If the review team is unable to verify the utility bill or the information does not match what you have listed in Seller Central, your submission may be denied.

I look forward to learning more. Once you have reviewed the information above, please feel free to respond here. The Forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
