Brand Name Changed to Wrong Brand name
Brand name on a listing has been changed to a different brand that is not related to the product and now approval is required for the wrong brand. We have tried to contact seller support for help in changing it back to the correct brand, but have not been successful. Please help. Our offer is not active.

I took a look at CASE ID ending in 6841 which discusses the unexpected brand name change and it appears the name has been added back to the original brand. Please let us know if you are not seeing it on your end and we will be happy to further investigate. Have a wonderful rest of the week.

The team has ensured on the backend that the previous brand is now disassociated to the ASIN and the correct brand is attached. It could take anywhere from a few hours to possibly up to a week to reflect. If you would like to try and relist the ASIN, you can go ahead and try within the next 24 hours but if it's not working then I would wait a few days as the update might not have gone through yet.
