I'm having a issue with one of my listing brand (Neutrogena) listing. which is enrolled into Amazon’s brand registry and on 03/01/25 I received a email saying ( suspect your listing for this product infringes on the intellectual property of others. The product detail page for this product uses the trademarked logo of another rights owner) which is due to brand name has been changed from Neutrogena to TENA for some random reasone which is incorrect.
Can any of the Amazon forum mods please help?

not a clue how to help you though, is it a recent change?
Report as brand abuse pointing out that the brand is clearly shown in all images, it may or may not work, I've seen both outcomes and have only been selling on Amazon for a year.
