Amazon lost 8 boxes and are not updating us

We sent our first ever shipment to Amazon FBA Germany and have confirmation that it was delivered the day after it was sent. We used Amazon UPS labels for the shipment, so everything was properly connected. The proof of delivery dates back to March 8th.

Shortly after, we received an email stating that there was a technical issue and the warehouse couldn't link some products to the shipment. This problem was about one box specifically, and Amazon provided us with photos taken at their warehouse as evidence. They instructed us to recreate the shipment, which we promptly did. We were told to wait 72 hours for all items to be processed. However, the case was closed after five days of waiting without any further communication. For us there is no way to contact that specific team anymore (Maxime R. Amazon.de Technischer Verkäuferservice (Compliance and Exception Management) Unfortunately, none of the items were updated in either the original or the recreated shipment due to Amazon's technical error.

Now, we've filed a case for all the lost items, which are valued at over €10,000. We have concrete evidence that these items were indeed delivered to the Amazon warehouse a day after shipment. However, it's been a month since we submitted the case, and we haven't received any response from Amazon.

We urgently need assistance in resolving this matter. Despite reaching out to customer service and requesting updates, we've received no further communication. We have proof of delivery, invoices, photos showing how the boxes were shipped with correct Amazon labels, and we even purchased labels directly from Amazon for the delivery. We've fulfilled our obligations, and now we're relying on Amazon to address this issue.

Since regular Amazon support hasn't been able to provide a resolution, we're seeking assistance from someone within the Amazon Germany team who can help expedite this case.
