I have been facing a product authenticity claim since 30 April now and my invoices are not being accepted. They are direct from the brand and I have uploaded all information that the account health team have asked for. They told me to get them signed. I got them signed. They told me to get it stamped. I got it stamped.
I then asked for hard copies from the brand which they sent and I sent this to submission which also got denied. The brand is a US brand and they have a subsidiary in Europe and because the listing is named under the US brand and not the Europe brand, they somehow cant link them together even with relevant address, email and phone numbers I have provided. Furthermore, I provided them with a brand authorisation letter. What else can I do?
