Worth fighting an 'untracked' A-Z? customer HAS confirmed receipt of order
This morning, a customer filled an A-Z for an order they have already confirmed as received.
They sent me a message over a month ago confirming receipt of the order, making reference to the specific customisation details of the product supplied, leaving no doubt they have actually received it.
It was sent via Royal Mail 1st Class letter post and the value is less than £4. My metrics can take the hit, and it will only be on there for around a month now, given the EDD was 23.02.23, however, it’s more the principle than anything!
So, can an A-Z actually be appealed and won with making reference to a message received by the customer, that clearly in no doubt whatsoever, confirm they have received the order?
Thanks in advance for any help and advice.

It’s always worth responding and appealing with relevant information… you have little chance if you don’t
I’ve read before that unless it’s tracked & signed then they’ll likely refund from your account but this isn’t always the case.

Did they open the A-z as INR, or for some other reason ?

Thanks,
I’ll knock up some kind of appeal and report back with the outcome.
