Account Deactivated Owed Money, how to talk to someone at Amazon about releasing funds
Please culd someone at AMazon advise on how to sort this situation. My account was deactivated due to not submitting correct verification in time. I have tried multiple attempts at sending the information needed to no avail. Because the account is deactivated I have no way to contact anyone at seller support other than the account deactivated page which loops around and I am getting no response from. Account has been deactivated for well over 90 days. I have money from sales that i need disbursed to me that I cannot disperse

You need to email disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk and ask. They'll look at what happened and make a decision.

Some sellers who feel aggrieved at having their accounts deactivated may be abusive to Amazon staff if told things they don't want to hear. Amazon protects its staff from this by forcing communication to be non verbal. A frustrating policy for the genuine but understandable due to some bad actors in the past.
If disbursement appeals are ignoring you it is time to talk to a solicitor who specialises in Amazon to evaluate your case and determine the way forward.
