Listing was suppressed because of NCX .. Suggestions?
My listing (dimensional product) was suppressed and back again because of high NCX (Negative Customer Experience) but I’m worried if it happens again it might lead to a permanent blocking.
- I sold 50 units during August/ September without a single return
- I sold 120 Units during November, December, and Jan with 14 returns including 12 with NCX
- In both cases selling price was 15 - 20% below fair value/ competitors to attract sales
- Now I’ve 11 reviews with 4.6 stars rating
To resolve the issue:
- I did a removal order and all was prefect without any defects
- I checked returns and all was prefect except they were used and poorly packaged by customers
- I checked customers feedback and they were mostly bogus and referring to misunderstanding the dimensions
- I’ve improved the listing by adding the key dimension a few times between title, images and description
- I’m planning to normalize my pricing to the fair value to help avoid casual buyers who buy without reading and/ or with the intention to return where they might target the cheapest product for this purpose, etc.
Any other thoughts, suggestions, or advices?

There is also the issue that the return is because the item is broken so the return is free but the item isnt broken - still counts on your NCX though
