DAC7 amazon does not allow us to go to the next step

Maybe someone has faced this DAC7 problem and can help us.

Our account is businees.

We are unable to validate the "TAX INFO" section. We have provided all the information requested by amazon, amazon has approved it, but we still cannot go to the next step. Please, has anyone encountered this situation and know how to resolve it? Thanks in advance

It's difficult to understand what stage you are at with your application but I'll ask this:

Are you planning to store your goods in the United Kingdom? Maybe you are planning to use FBA.

If the answer is yes, you need to register for VAT in the United Kingdom. Have you? And if you have, have you entered the UK VAT number in your settings?
