Hello, All,
I just recevied a random email from Amazon saying ‘we are conducting a review of your account’ and to upload requested information to their secure document page with a link - clicking on the link to see what information they want take me to a declaration page where is asks whether I know or involved with any individuals who are in law making - government - etc etc - I said no and they said they would come back within 24hrs.
Any one else has this random request or has this happened to you?
I am confused to be honest.

I have seen a few other posts with a similar interaction, but it certainly doesn’t seem to be very common.

We are going through one at the moment. The best bit is, they ask you for one thing, then another, then another. “They” ask you for each PDF individually, then move onto the next one.
We are currently stuck at a point where they won’t accept our corporate organisation chart - of course, no-one to talk to or explain it to.
