Hello Amazon Support,
My Amazon seller account (RASTMAND RTADING LLC) has been deactivated for almost 25 days, and I have tried many times to request a callback using the "Call Me Now" option on the Account Health page. Unfortunately, I always receive the same message:
"Your call has ended. If you need to speak with us again, please request another call."
Even after trying several times over the past few weeks, no one has contacted me.
I am very concerned because my account has been inactive for nearly a month, and I still don’t know the exact reason for the deactivation. I have not received clear communication or guidance about what steps I need to take to resolve this issue.
This matter is urgent, and I am requesting that someone from the Account Health Support team contact me as soon as possible. I am fully willing to cooperate and resolve whatever issues may exist, but I need help understanding the reason for the suspension and how to proceed.
