"Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed"
This is becoming more common again in our shipments. I’ve lost 12 units on one shipment, 5 on another, 4 on another. It is not correct as they are sent box qty so it would have to be multiples of 48 or 42, we never send odd qty.
Support are stonewalling, has anyone had success getting reinbursed under these circumstances?

I’ve had the same issue on 2 shipments. Would love to see some views from other sellers.

Eventually yes but it look a long fight. Of my last fifteen FBA shipments they have only received and sorted one correctly.
On numersous occasiona my shipments have been received at one FC, transferred to another FC then ‘lost’. Numerous emails to Amazon including screen shots from their own system showing items received to no avail.
In the end emailed managingdirector@amazon.co.uk and got some sort of high level trouble shooting team.
Ironically, as I dared to complain and point out how bad they are, my account has now been black listed as abusive meaning I can’t register bands etc.
How does a logistics company such as Amazon get things so wrong all the time?

no, I lose at least one item per shipment, if amazon is selling it do not send it in, a billion-dollar company
stealing for the little people is beyond disgusting

We are the exact same. And it always tends to be the most expensive items in the shipment.

I am in the same situation i have a whole box of 225 items missing even though the tracking shows as it being delivered and a portion of that same box being checked in initally.
To clarify there was a total of 5 boxes delivered 4 show up as fine one missing which again tracking shows as delivered.
Any advice.

I have emailed the md address but have not received a reply yet. I have asked amazon to confirm which boxes out of the 5 got delivered to which they won’t answer as well except a generic answer. I have tried calling ups and they are telling me i need to tell amazon to start an investigation to check on these which from what they keep telling me they have already done it.
I don’t understand the tracking shows as well 5 boxes delivered how can it be the contents have gone missing?
What is my best course of action next.

Hi All, We had some items go missing (approx £400) on a inbound transfer in Oct 2020 and amazingly, it was a complete carton that went missing, rather than individual items. UPS even stated item lost in transit on the AMZ tracking.
I emailed the escalation email after getting no where with support (AMZ asking us to put a claim with UPS - UPS saying AMZ need to instigate it as its their account and round and round we go) and after a couple of large emails with no response, I sent a short, factual email with the facts in a timeline with supporting evidence. A few days later and I get a response from “Jeff” and they are reimbusing us for the oost stock, apologies etc etc.
If you are going to email it, I suggest keep it brief and to the point.
Things have been fine for a while until just recenly and I am facing a large discrepancy on a shipment from 25th july which has just been closed yesterday - just in time for the month time limit… loads of shipments are getting mixed up by the looks of it.

It seems over time that some of these are being sorted out, they are finding the units & adding them. It would be nice if we got notification of that though. I’ve still got several shipments with inventory booked in & verified not the same as sent but I’m keeping an eye on certain shipments to see if the amounts change over time.
