I have a product, i have bought the stock provided amazon an invoice as proof as well as approval from the brand to sell on amazon.

Currently there is only one other seller who is FBM, However amazon are not approving my listing due to a saturated market?

Brand APPROVAL requirement 10 units invoice but they keep asking for 50 +

Invoice provided Official 50 + still rejected Official Distributor invoice

Hi , amazon asked DOC from us for the products in hair appliance category. we have uploaded everything but still its got rejected and amazon came back to us with below response ,

Please be informed that we are unable to move forward with the approval process until the following required documentation is provided:

(a) Genuine product images showing:

(4) Name and EU address of importer, distributor or authorized representative (as applicable)

we haven't got any importer , distributor or authorised representative and we just get products direct from manufacturer based outside of EU/UK and we already have our brand details and address on product packaging, However,Amazon is still asking for EU importer or distributor details.

i have created many cases but still getting the same reply as above . any suggestions please?
