My account got deactivated-business type

Hello everyone,

My account got deactivated. it been a year I'm trying to fix it but yet not able to do it. i hope someone can help here.

i opened my amazon seller accounts a year ago. it was an individual account, and business type was a sole trader. i got a message that i chose wrong business type. so i didn't know what i did wrong because i don't have any company. now my account stayed like this, i know i can't open another account so i need to fix it but i don't know how. please help me guys.

Business type wasnt sole trader otherwise you wouldn't have got that email,,,
