Negative review
Hi,
For one my product variant, I have received 1 star rating without any comment. How can I find out for which order and which ASIN I have received this rating? I have no idea on why the customer feedback was bad and how can I help?

Thanks, It is not in the product reviews, the review is without any comment, just 1 star and I am not able to understand to which ASIN and which order does it link to

It will then be very difficult or almost impossible for you to find out who left the negative review. Amazon relies a lot on anonymity when it comes to reviews, so customers can also optionally leave reviews under a different name.
So don't worry about it and move on.

Thanks a lot, we are a new brand and working very hard to earn customer respect, you know very few customer give review, after 100+ orders we got 7 5 star review and just with 1 start review the complete rating is now 3.9
I will be happy to improve the customer experience, but without knowing any challenge how can we do that?

Sounds bad but get used to it. Some customers just seem to be like that. Just hope, that your products will get a lot of positive reviews fast, so the 1 star reviews wont bring the complete rating down that much.

if the review does not appear on your product reviews page, as mentioned by @Seller_03tZUukDhhSt2, there is nothing else you can do.
As per Answers to Questions about Product Reviews there might be product reviews that are not related to an Order ID:
"Can a buyer review a product that was not purchased on Amazon or from me?
Yes, provided the buyer has made at least one purchase using their Amazon account. They can review any product on Amazon, regardless of where they purchased that product. However, if a reviewer did not buy the product on Amazon, their review will not be marked as an Amazon Verified Purchase."
So here you will have no option to see further details.
