Account on hold, Amazon asking to upload partnership agreement
Hello, I wondered if anyone can help, Amazon have suspended my account as they want me to upload a partnership agreement.
I have a professional account and have been selling on and off on Amazon over the last 3-4 years.
One issue on my account set up is that I look like at some point I was asked for a Company Registration Number which I used 12345678 as the number to get past the registration screen.
I am a very small part time seller and am not VAT registered so I don’t have a partnership agreement to submit. I did submit last years tax return but seller support have told me specifically that they want a partnership agreement.
If anyone could help me try and resolve this I’d be really grateful as I’d like to start selling again.
Thanks in advance.

Why? That is a non-descript, made up number. What is your status? You have a pro account but under what circumstances are you trading, ie sole trader, partnership or limited company? If you’re a sole trader then that is what should be on your account. If you are in a partnership with somebody else, you should have a partnership agreement which sets out the agreed terms of cooperation with your partner. If you are a limited company, like us, you have a certificate of incorporation with a real registration number on it.
