business partnership

This is OZAIR KHAN LLC, I want to start a business partnership of amazon with a man.
I want to know that which rules should we follow to accepted for amazon.
, he will be account holder and I am investor on his seller account, and also I has the LLC which will be used for our amazon seller central.
and one thing more that my amazon seller central is suspended in case of section 3 which amazon can't to verify my resident address, each documents that I provided, amazon team said that these documents are not legal.

WHATEVER you want to do, you FIRST have to fix your actual account.

And any account you open, whether with an unwitting partner, a shell corporation, or a false identity, or any other way to circumvent the issue, will also get deactivated for being related to your suspended account. It may happen in a day, it may take months; but when it happens, all of your funds will be retained.
