Have you looked in Tax Document Library? https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/tax/seller-fee-invoices. These invoices are made available on the last day of every month.

I have also only got 1 invoice in Tax Library for June so probably we need to wait few more days to get last month’s invoice (usually third day of the next month). May ones are fine though so check with Seller Support for missing May invoices.
