Company name on brand listing

What are the rules around listing on a company branded listing.

For example if a product was listed as normally on amazon as:
Mercedes benz Blue coolant/antifreeze 5lts Mercedes Benz Genuine parts

Which had 20 sellers selling the item.

If there was another listing selling exactly the same product but prefixed with a companies name, for example:
Bobs Autos Mercedes benz Blue coolant/antifreeze 5lts Mercedes Benz Genuine parts

Which only had 1 seller; Bobs Autos who sells car parts.

Would i be allowed to list under both listings?

Clearly Bobs Autos have created their own product listing to list independently to avoid the competition on the main listing but the product is identical.

The above is not a real word example, just a made up example.

The better solution would be just to list under the proper product, then ask Amazon to merge Bob’s Autos with it, which then stops his attempt to corner the market! Asking for a merger is quite easy to do and usually happens very quickly if Amazon accept that the products are identical
