We’re facing an issue with our Facebook Counter listing being deactivated in the German marketplace due to an alleged EPR non-compliance. Amazon has classified our product under “WEEE - small equipment,” but this is incorrect. Our German EPR registration company has confirmed that the correct category should be "WEEE – small IT and telecommunication equipment."

Strangely, our Instagram Counter listing (which is the same product) has already been approved under the correct WEEE category, yet the Facebook Counter remains blocked. This seems like an internal classification issue on Amazon's end.

Has anyone dealt with a similar misclassification issue before? What’s the best approach to get Amazon to correct this and reactivate our listing?

Would love to hear insights from EPR specialists or sellers who have faced and resolved this issue. Appreciate any guidance!

I’m looking for some insights on the annual costs you’re incurring for EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) fees in Germany. We sell in the textile category and currently pay around €1,500 per year for German marketplace compliance alone for paper and plastic combined.

I'm curious:

Are other textile sellers paying similar amounts?

Has anyone been able to negotiate lower rates or found alternative providers offering more competitive fees?

Any tips on managing the forecast vs. actual volume differences that might affect the fees?

Last week, 3 of our listings got removed due to EPR Compliance. We have been registered for a long time, and it is on the EPR Compliance Dashboard on Amazon. But still 3 of our ASINs were removed. (PROBLEM #1)

Whenever we edit the listing, we are asked to request approval. The weird thing is we request for all 3 ASINs, but in the Dashboard only 1 ASIN is showing (PROBLEM #2)

Upon checking on our account, we think the possible source of this problem is the Manage Compliance Dashboard. It says there we have not submitted, but if you look in the EPR Compliance Dashboard, we are compliant and the numbers there are valid! (PROBLEM #3)

Anyone here who is in the same boat as us? Anyone from Amazon can help here?
