Customs Declaration CN22

Just filling out a pre-printed CN22 from Royal Mail Click and Drop site. There are 2 boxes which I don’t understand Pre-Reg tax scheme and AIRN Nothing on the RM website to explain what these are-any ideas?

Just checked the sticky type ones I picked up from the post office and nothing on there, very odd. If you find out could you post on here to let us know?
