Read onlyHi, I am reaching out from my new account which i have created just recently. So whats happend is that we have lost access to the primary seller account, and the cause for this was because we had deleted the buyer account with the same email address as the primary seller account, as they were linked which I was not aware of, this had an effect on the seller account. Now I cannot re gain access to my seller account hence why we have created this new account. I have been in touch with seller support, but I am going back and forth receiving the same answers of resetting the password, 2fa, contacting customer support to retreive the account, but I am not able to recieve the appropriate I need in regards to this matter. I had a few amounts of stock in the account, I am still being charged the monthly subscription and I have yet to receieve a resolution. Help would be appreciated.
It was a mistake to create another new seller account, as you are only allowed one, unless the second account meets certain strict criteria - the two will be linked. You will need to get your original seller account reactivated - not sure why you deleted the linked buyer account ?
You can stop paying the monthly professional selling plan fee whilst you sort out the issue by downgrading the plan to individual selling plan (NOT Account ). Go to Settings - Account info - Manage your services - Sell on Amazon - Sell on Amazon (again !)- click on Individual button. You will not be charged again. You can upgrade again once you start selling.
Hi @Seller_IFfuGkErfQEX1,
Thanks for sharing the issue with us. Can you please explain what happens when you request a password request? Is there any error?
Cheers, Ezra
