Getting approved for Topical category

Hey,

Does anyone else have issues getting approved to sell in the Topical category?
I have some cosmetic goods that are not for sale yet on Amazon. My first apply was rejected and they did not provide any reason. I think because the documents provided was not correct. I send another approval request but the status is pending Amazon action for almost two weeks now. I contacted SS and they said that my apply is still in review.

Anyone else encounters problems here?

Hi I think you need to provide the below if the items are not listed on amazon already;

  • SDS - I have listed roll on aromatherapy previous and we needed to send this for every one
  • Image pf product including bar-code - if not already listed
  • Brand register & Trademark OR UPC exception authorization
