My shipment was delivered to storage on 26/8/2023, no received
Seller Support kept me waiting,

Hey @Seller_zxt9MAZWvowRG, it is extremely common for the receiving process to take some time. The shipment events tab will update as your shipment progresses.
For small-parcel shipments, it can take up to four days for your shipment to move to Checked in status from your scheduled delivery date. For LTL and FTL shipments, it can take up to 10 days.
For small-parcel shipments, it can take up to two days to move from Checked in status to Receiving status. For LTL and FTL shipments, it can take up to nine days.
Frequently it will take longer than these posted times. If you have concerns, after your shipment is closed, you can request to reconcile. Let me know if you have questions!

We had FCL shipment delivered Sep 1st to LGB8 - Not checked in or anything, let me know if yours ever turns up

I’m seeing constant issues with shipping to LGB8. I have 3 LTL shipments sent July 29th to this warehouse that are still showing received with 0 units and the date to open an investigation keeps moving once the date listed passes. I am at a point where I have been creating an order and if that warehouse is the one listed for the order to go to, I cancel the shipment to wait a day and see if a different warehouse comes up.
