PLEASE HELP - Account suspension
One of our employees has logged onto his personal AMZ selling account as well as our AMZ business account under the same IP address (internet wifi), as a result of this our business Germany account has been suspended, as well as employees EU accounts - employees EU were already suspended due to inactivity.
We are thinking about how to appeal. Some say it’s best to reactivate employees EU accounts before we appeal our business account suspension.
Or should we go ahead and prove to Amazon that there is no relation between both AMZ accounts, other than he’s our employee with his own personal account?
Any help will be greatly welcomed.

Did the suspension notice specifically say some connection between the two or is that just suspicion?
Generally I’m sceptical of shared IPs flagging an account link (no-one really knows though), but a shared computer (and therefore cookies) certainly could in my opinion.
Does the employee perform any actions or work with your Amazon account or did they just happen to be in the building? Are they an authorised and credentialed user of your business account? I suspect that your only way to demonstrate the ‘break’ between the employees personal account and your business one would be to acknowledge how the link might have been drawn but assure that the employee with the suspended account does not have access to your Amazon business account and works in an unrelated area.

Hi Peter, thanks for getting back to me.
Our employee was on the same laptop, browser and wifi when logging into his personal account and our business account.
We then had a notification to our business account informing us that the employee account is related to the business account hence deactivating.
No action was taken when employee logged into personal account, just logged in on the off chance to check something, whilst working from home. Shortly logged off.
There is no business relations between employee account and business account…
We best way to tackle this… Whether to explain to amazon that our employee has his own personal account or whether to reactivate employee accounts before appealing business account deactivation.
