My order stuck at the back door
Hi there
Im Really new to this so i hope i make sense
Posted my inventory off two weeks ago, the order was paced correct and says it has reached the destnation but the tracking says its at the back door and it has been there for two weeks and was last updated on the 3rd april
What should i do and how long should a shipment take to be processed

how did you send it - what courier ?
if its UPS , it just needs time to be checked in
if its Royal Mail, it won’t get delivered as they are not an approved carrier

I’ve once had one like that for 3 weeks.
Sometimes it’s only a couple of days.
I’ve found that boxes over 15kg can take longer than those under that weight.
