Can I add Negative keyword as Asin of other product?

Can I add negative keywords as the Asin of other people’s products?

I mean there are products same my product and people are always searching that Asin. causing me to pay for advertising in vain

will it be possible If I use Asin of products like mine is Negative Keyword
