Read onlyI have been selling a brand on Amazon for the past 9 years. Last month, Amazon removed the listings and said I needed to get approval to sell the brand by submitting invoices. I have been submitting the invoices and they keep getting declined, they are constantly providing the same generic response which does not state the reason for the decline. The products in question are purchased directly from the brand owner, the brand do not sell the products themselves. I have provided all the supplier information and GS1 certificate but nothing seems to help. What's more frustrating is that sellers that are not purchasing directly from the brand owner, but from a wholesaler (grey market) have been authorised. Can someone please advise what to do.
Out of interest - on the affected ASINs - does the Brand in the byline Brand Link (under the product name) actually match the Brand in question?
Hello @Seller_YDAKU54O1RwSx,
Thank you for reaching out.
Unfortunately, I do not have visibility on the processes used for invoice verification.
What is the last communication you have received?
Best,
Julia.
Hi,
DO WRITE A COMPREHENSIVE POA ALONG WITH SUPPLIER INVOICES AND A AUTHORIZIATION LETTER FROM BRAND.
TRY LIKE THAT FOR 2 3 TIMES AND IT WILL PROBABLY UNGATE
Have you had any luck in getting around this problem?
