Account Deactivated?
Absolute joke, Amazon have deactivated my account. I have tried to follow the steps to reactivate the account but having no luck. When I contact seller support they give steps to follow that do not even exist!! They are saying it is due to product violations and have asked for proof of supply chain and invoices. In addition they want letter of authority. I have done all this but hitting a brick wall now. Surely this can not be legal as they are also withholding my money? But will not help. Any ideas how to escalate this please

So in summary you have been asked for invoices and Letter Of Authorities to give proof of the supply chain and your rights to sell these products. You have provided everything they have requested?
Did they approve the invoices and LOA’s that you sent through or were they rejected?

Raised multiple cases, same response comes back give me no information.
