Being asked to verify my account information, although I have already successfully done so

I was asked to verify my account details which I did on 15 April - after submitting my valid passport details. Disbursements from over 1 month ago are still being withheld and today my product listings were de-activated. I opened another case to try and get to the bottom of it and received an email stating

“I would like to inform you that the ASIN is in stranded inventory and will be active only when you have addressed your account status issues.”

But my Identity Information page confirms that I have ‘Successfully submitted all the mandatory details’. I cannot find any other issues with my account.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be the problem?

Do you see any red text or yellow line in your home page says your account is being verified? Check your Account info page, there must be something red color highlighted which might be waiting for your action.

Personal/Company identity verification was completed around 17 April - my account information page confirms this is all correct. Bank account details were changed approx a week later as I thought there might be an issue here - and bank confirmation should only take 5 days to complete. I have a full business account with a high street bank, with sufficient funds, so I’m still none the wiser as to the issue - but thank you for your response.
