You have to open a case, reference the claim and upload the attachments to the case, asking for the material to be forwarded to the concerned A-Z claims team.

Hi I tried this and it referred me back to the A-Z claim page again. Is there another way to raise a case that i’m missing?
Any help is much appreciated

Thanks for the help :slight_smile: sorted now. I realized that if I clicked the NO box on - was this answer helpful , then it opened the case for me .
