"Other marketplace" Fraudster has now switched to buying on Amazon - what do we do?
This morning we received 7 PayPal claims from a buyer over on the bay - “transaction not authorised”. Having looked through their full purchase history with us (a total of 26 times), they have now switched their purchasing to Amazon. Their last 8 purchases from us have been on here, most recently last week. So I’m more than expecting a raft of A to Z claims or chargeback claims.
My question is, seeing as we can’t block an Amazon buyer, what’s the best course of action?
Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Unfortunately, Amazon will not take into consideration anything what happened outside of their own platform.
You will need to ship with a signature confirmation on delivery in order to remain protected against INR A-Z claims.
Also, if this is happening repeatedly and the buyer caused you a financial loss, I would suggest you to get in touch with the law enforcement to see, if they will be able to assist.

I would suggest a strongly worded letter before action to the customer. Detailing every sale, refund and issue. I would state that you are preparing a claim in the county court and that unless they stop purchasing from you then you will seek compensation, loss of earnings etc etc.

The only thing is to send all orders signed for/tracked. I have had a couple 9n amazon recently, item not received and refund requested but courier had delivered…
