Our account has been deactivated - please help to recover it.
Hello Please help , our both account AyuMantra Inc and Organic Mantra LLC has been deactivated . Section 3 . But the account health rating 212 and 200 . Listings are in violation page but no impact shows.
We atre trying to edit the product page also relist the products but failled . For organicmantra our running business account AyuMantra is also deactivated.
Please help to recover .

Why were they deactivated? Post the deactivation notices. You know you can only have more than one account under specific circumstances right?

Thank you for posting your concern with both of your accounts being deactivated.
From the sounds of the situation, one of these two accounts has violated one of our policies and as a result of being deactivated the other store was subsequently deactivated per our code of conduct policy.
As mentioned by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 why was the original account deactivated, post the original notice so we can provide guidance on next steps. Additionally, as @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 mentioned being eligible for more than one account. Please see our multiple accounts policy section in the code of conduct help page.
You may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing.
Examples of a legitimate business justification include:
- You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each
- You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies
- You are recruited for an Amazon program that requires separate accounts
If your second account does not meet these requirements, it could also be in violation of this policy which would require the reactivation and closure of the account.
