Seller account on behalf of different people

Hello Friends and Amazon support teams

We manage 4 different seller accounts as a team. We have separate computers for each. When we go somewhere, we cannot carry them all with us at once. We heard that 1 reseller account has been opened on the computer. For this reason, we bought a separate computer for each of our customers. However, can we enter as many member merchant accounts as we want on a single computer? Does doing this cause an association? (Each seller account is on our client separately). This issue is very important to us. We would be very pleased if experienced friends answer.

if you are a fully registered professional VA service, you should not need one device for each customer account you deal with

what you do need, is to be fully verified on each of those accounts as official secondary users

Are any of your details on their accounts? Ship from address etc…?

I still don’t think this will be a problem, but thank you all for your feedback.
I hope an Amazon employee sees the issue and responds properly.

Hello @SoloAmazonSeller,

In this particular situation, considering that most of the sellers are handling their own accounts.
I would suggest that you check Terms and Conditions and the Seller Code of Conduct.
@othersellers - thank you for your answers.

Regards
Nickolas

Yes, if you log into multiple accounts on the same computer it will flag it. The computer stores the cookies of each account.

I don’t want to put ideas in anyone’s head but I wonder at this - do sellers based outside of UK and EU jurisdiction have anything much to worry about other than getting banned from Amazon?

The way Amazon has opened the UK site to sellers from across the world seems like an open invitation to, ahem, circumvent the laws that domestic sellers have to abide by.

Please let’s talk about this in another topic. Let’s not turn this into a different subject.
