Callback Service Unavailable
I am quite new to FBA and having problems with my adding a listing. The callback service has been unavailable to me for over 2 weeks and I am receiving generic emails from support.
Has anybody had this before?

I am trying to list a new product but the UPC/EAN/GTIN keeps showing me an error message saying the code does not belong to me.
Ive had this before with them and sent them through all my GS1 certificates and proofs.
They keep asking me for a SKU number which I dont have - I always let amazon generate my SKU numbers by leaving them blank on the create listing

Ive used my company name on GS1 to match the seller central.
Im currently going through trademark registration so not yet brand registered on amazon!
The item ive ticked as generic and none branded…I hope thats not the issue or its going to be at least 3 months before I can list
