Printing business customer's postage
Hi
I have a problem with printing business customers postage…
Whenever I get an order from a business customer and I go to the buy shipping page and enter detials and I click on buy button, instead of showing me the lable I bought as usual ready for printing… it goes straight to home page.(that happens only for business customers)
I have tried everything and looked in all adjustments but no use and every time I end up cancelling the postage and going to the p/o to buy it manually.
I thought it might something to do with settings, or there is special rules for business customers by Amazon.
Can any print expert shed any light on this

I noticed that the last couple of times I had Business Buyers (I don’t get very many), and seems to be relatively recent, but it is possible to still buy shipping from Amazon and print the postage label - I didn’t bother printing the other bits that came up.
When I clicked on print I found I had to change the setting to 4 per A4 sheet and then it came out the right size - hope that helps.
