I opened a new account as an individual and amazon is charging me £30 want to know how to cancel and waive the charge

Hi Straight Deals
You have signed up for a professional seller account you can downgrade to a basic individual account (no monthly fees)
Just go into Seller Central ( top right) Settings > Account Info and change from professional to individual.
At this stage you can still request a refund from seller support if you haven’t sold anything.
Explain your professional plan was created in error. Make sure your card details are correct so they can refund you.
