Credit card on file - charge method

Hi

So my credit card which is on file expired end of September, I have been instructed this afternoon to update it, I have updated it, but it won’t accept it. It keeps saying there is an issue with it. Its valid until 09/27 and all the details input are correct. It’s a visa card, does this make a difference.

I’m going round in circles for an hour, it won’t accept it and so won’t let me get to my orders to despatch. Hoping this is something very simple!
