Product description not showing

Hello All,

I am a new seller here and started selling 2 weeks ago.

Since I have created my listing, all the product description will not show on my listings. Only the first line shows.

I have contacted seller support about this numerous times but I am getting nowhere!

Does anyone know how I can sort this out? I have even deleted my listing and re-listed but it will still not show. I have also tried to update the product description many times but still does not seem to show.
